About Me
I, Patricia Rayo Swanson (in photo above), have been working with children since 1995. I have always connected well and effortlessly with children and families. My first experiences working with children were in the Central American countries of Costa Rica and Nicaragua (also my birthplace) where I helped the underprivileged children. I legally immigrated to Boulder, Colorado in October of 2000 and am now a proud USA Citizen. Since then I had two wonderful children of my own and am now continuing my calling to work with and help in the development of young children.

Tita: Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) since 2011, with us since 2017, Level 4 Colorado Shines’ PDIS, Director qualified, Early Childhood Education Associate and BA in Physiology,
Mariela: Part of our team since 2008, ECT and Level 2 Colorado Shines’ PDIS,
Arelys: With our team since 2011, ECT and Level 2 Colorado Shines’ PDIS, and Coqui my mom.
Coqui: Eleven years of experience on the field, ECT and Level 2 Colorado Shines’ PDIS,
Adiact my brother in law who is married to my sister Tita is our Administrator.
Three lovely Mexican ladies complete our staff:
Cecilia: Since 2010 working with children and part of our team since 2014. ECT, CDA in Early Childhood Education and Level 2 Colorado Shines’ PDIS and
Claudia: Working with children since 2020, part of our team since 2021. ECT, CDA in Early Childhood Education.
I created Boulder Bilingual Childcare & Preschool because I love working with children and now my family has joined me in my goal of providing a safe, inclusive and multicultural family environment. We promise to nurture your child as if he or she was our own.
